Informational Communication from Coaching Staff

The coaching staff will do everything in our power to communicate changes to existing schedules as far in advance as possible.  Please understand that some situations will require quick thinking/last minute decisions; these decisions include whether to hold training sessions or not based on weather; where to hold training sessions in the case of bad weather; situations that may arise beyond the control of the coaching staff.  If the change to the schedule can be made far enough in advance, at a minimum the player will be notified of the change during a regularly scheduled team function (training session etc.).  If possible an email will be sent out to the appropriate team(s) mailing lists and will be posted on the team’s website.  If the decision has to be made on the spot we will do our best to communicate as quickly as possible with as many people as possible.
